with some issues I was having with parameters on the thermostat. Glen was very professional in teaching a number of items about capabilities of the thermostat. It is way more functional than I imagined and he took the time to show me and make sure I understood. Initially we were told that it was recommended to keep the fan on at all times for circulation. What I did not know was that you could adjust the level of the blower on the fan. It is much more comfortable now that there is not so much cold air blowing through vents in between heating. On installation I was handed a book but sometimes it is easier to be shown than reading all the jargon of a manual.
